We receive a high volume of applications for both our Benefit Advisor and Management positions across Canada, with over 700 applications in a typical week.

However, we understand that there is a lot of effort and learning required behind the scenes to succeed in these roles.

To begin the application process, we require you to watch a Career Overview through a video conference link that we provide. The overview is usually conducted by our Agency owner or a Provincial Director and covers important aspects such as compensation, training, provincial licensing, career paths, and corporate history. You will not be required to appear on camera, but we encourage you to take notes and pay attention as you may need to refer to these notes during the final interview.

At the end of the overview, you will have the option to fill out a questionnaire to express your interest in the position. This step is crucial as it helps us save time by determining if you are a suitable candidate or not. If you decide to fill out the questionnaire, we will review your submission and decide if you are a good fit for a Q&A session with a Provincial Director.

We will contact you through text message with a link to schedule the session, which will be conducted on Zoom and require a camera. We place importance on how you present yourself on Zoom, as this is reflective of how you will interact with our clients.

Following the Q&A session, our Human Resources team will contact you with further questions or an offer of employment.
